By accessing or using UpTime Watch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
UpTime Watch provides uptime monitoring and alerting. You may create monitors, set check intervals, and receive notifications (email and/or SMS, depending on your plan) when your monitored endpoints are down or unreachable.
3. Account and use
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service for illegal purposes or to monitor systems you are not authorized to monitor.
4. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance (e.g. monthly). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
5. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the Service, overload our systems, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or downtime of your own services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. by email or a notice in the Service). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
